Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If you were charged for a period you did not intend to renew and have not used a meaningful amount of credits, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund.
Credits
Credits already consumed by completed research or generation cannot be refunded, because the underlying provider work has been performed.
If an action fails through a fault on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Email hello@nichehint.com from your account address with the charge date and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days.
